Monthly fees consist of two components billed separately: the merchant account fee ($25/mo) is deducted by the processor from your bank account; the plan subscription fee (Tap $44/mo, Pro $74/mo, POS $174/mo) is charged to the card used at purchase. All-in prices reflect the combined total of the fixed monthly components.
The Authorize.net payment gateway (included in Online Gateway, available as an add-on elsewhere) is priced at $12/mo plus $0.05 per transaction and $0.05 per batch, in addition to standard merchant account fees. These variable fees are passed through at cost.
Additional fees may include IRS reporting ($1.95/yr), PCI non-compliance ($25/mo, waived upon certification), plus applicable chargeback and retrieval fees. The eCommerce add-on (+$29/mo) requires a separate merchant account and is offered at current processor pricing, subject to change.
